Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Return Window
We accept returns and exchange requests within 14 days from the date your package was delivered. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • It must be in its original condition with all tags, labels, and protective packaging fully intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain products like earrings, lingerie, bodysuit items, or cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
3. How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and send you the return shipping instructions within 48 hours.

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email notification.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • The funds will be credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your choice.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

How to Measure Yourself
  • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso).
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 20cm below your waistline.
